{"id":200,"date":"2026-07-27T13:19:05","date_gmt":"2026-07-27T13:19:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuningamaekartstore.ee\/?page_id=200"},"modified":"2026-07-28T08:39:43","modified_gmt":"2026-07-28T08:39:43","slug":"kasutustingimused","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/kuningamaekartstore.ee\/en\/kasutustingimused\/","title":{"rendered":"Terms of Service"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O\u00dc Kuningam\u00e4e RTM, registry code 17211505, address Peetri tee 6, Kuningam\u00e4e k\u00fcla, 48011 P\u00f5ltsamaa vald, J\u00f5geva maakond, Estonia (hereinafter Store Manager) and the customer who places an order in the online store managed by O\u00dc Kuningam\u00e4e RTM at <a href=\"https:\/\/kuningamaekartstore.ee\/en\/\">https:\/\/kuningamaekartstore.ee<\/a> and identifies themselves by entering their personal data on the order (hereinafter Customer), have agreed to the following terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. General Provisions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.1. In regulating their mutual relations, the contractual parties are guided by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia and the terms agreed upon in this User Agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.2. The Store Manager reserves the right to make changes to the services offered in the Online Store at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.3. The Store Manager reserves the right to unilaterally modify the terms of the User Agreement without any obligation to notify the Customer in writing via email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Products and Making Purchases<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.1. All displayed Products may not always be in stock.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.2. If a product is out of stock and the order cannot be fulfilled, an Online Store representative will contact the Customer within 3 (three) working days. In this case, an estimated new delivery timeframe or product replacement with an equivalent product of identical price and quality will be offered. If the Customer does not agree to the new terms, they may cancel the order, and the amount already paid will be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.3. Displayed product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ from the actual product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.4. Product descriptions in the Online Store may not be exhaustive and may contain inadvertent errors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.5. The Customer, upon selecting desired products, undertakes to provide all information required for order fulfillment (surname, first name, contact telephone, email address, delivery address, postal code, payment method).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.6. The Customer undertakes to provide accurate and truthful data necessary for fulfilling the order. The Store Manager shall not be liable for non-fulfillment of the order or any consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by the Customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Pricing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.1. Base prices for all products in the Online Store are displayed in euros (\u20ac).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.2. The Store Manager reserves the right to change displayed prices at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.3. If the Store Manager has updated prices in the Online Store after an order has been placed and paid for by the user, the products will be delivered to the Customer at the prices valid at the time the order was placed. The Customer is not entitled to claim compensation for price differences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Delivery Times and Shipping Conditions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.1. Orders placed in the Online Store are reviewed on the same day, and the buyer will be contacted no later than the next business day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.2. The guaranteed delivery time for products is 14 business days, unless stated otherwise next to the product. Typically, product delivery takes fewer than 5 business days. If we are unable to deliver a product within 14 days, we will inform you immediately. If needed, you will then have the option to cancel the order and we will refund your payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.3. Goods are delivered to the shipping address specified in the order at an agreed time according to item availability. Goods are handed over only to the purchaser. Handover to a third party occurs only upon prior agreement with the purchaser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.4. The Customer has the right to choose between the following delivery methods:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Smartpost<\/li>\n<li>Trackside pickup (in person)<\/li>\n<li>Cargobus<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Right of Withdrawal Before Order Fulfillment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.1. If the Customer wishes to withdraw from the contract after placing an order and prior to fulfillment by the provider, they undertake to inform the Store Manager in writing as soon as possible. Written notice must be sent via email to <a href=\"mailto:kallasmaa.kaspar@gmail.com\">kallasmaa.kaspar@gmail.com<\/a> or by phone at <a href=\"tel:+37257112211\">+372 5711 2211<\/a>. The email must specify the order number to be cancelled and include the Customer's contact details (first name, surname, order date, contact telephone).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.2. If the cancellation notice reaches the provider after fulfillment by the Store Manager, withdrawal from the contract will proceed according to the \u201cReturn Rights\u201d section of the User Agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.3. The Store Manager will refund the amount paid to the Customer within 30 days of receiving the cancellation notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.4. Refunds will be transferred to the same bank account from which payment was originally received by the Store Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Right of Return<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.1. A 7-day return right applies to goods purchased from the Online Store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.2. There is no right of return for customized products tailored to customer specifications (custom graphics, lettering, custom modifications).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.3. The returned product must be defect-free, complete in all original parts, in original packaging, and show no signs of use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.4. Upon return, the money will be refunded to the Customer within 30 days of product return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.5. Refunds will be transferred to the same bank account from which payment was originally received by the Store Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.6. Return transportation costs exceeding 5 euros will be covered by O\u00dc Kuningam\u00e4e RTM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.7. In the event that following return inspection the item is found not to meet the conditions set out in the User Agreement, no refund will be issued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Personal Data and Data Usage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.1. The user gives clear and informed consent to the Store Manager to process their personal data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.2. Personal data entered by the user upon order placement and disclosed to the provider is entered into the customer register and used to perform sales services and offer products to the Customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.3. The source of personal data is the establishment of a customer relationship upon registering an order in the Online Store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.4. Registered personal data includes details of the Customer's order (surname, first name, street, building, apartment number, settlement\/city, postal code, phone number, birth year, gender, delivery method, payment method used, acceptance of the Online Store User Agreement, consent to marketing emails, free-text order notes).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.5. Personal data necessary for delivery of goods to the Customer may be forwarded to the courier or logistics provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.6. The Store Manager undertakes not to disclose registered personal data to unauthorized third parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.7. The Store Manager reserves the right to transfer user data if it is provided to a person\/authority authorized by law to perform statutory obligations, or if required to protect the life, health, or safety of the Customer or another individual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.8. The Customer has the right to inspect personal data concerning them, as well as request rectification or removal from the register.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.9. The user gives consent to the Store Manager to send an order confirmation to the email address provided during checkout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.10. The user consents to receiving marketing offers at the email address entered during order placement if they have explicitly opted in by ticking the corresponding checkbox on the checkout page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Conditions of Use<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.1. Reviewing the terms set out in this User Agreement is mandatory for the Customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.2. By checking the box \u201cI agree to the store terms and conditions and accept them unconditionally\u201d upon placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have reviewed, understood, and agreed to the terms set out in the User Agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Complaints and Dispute Resolution Procedure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.1. In the case of defective goods, the consumer has the right to submit a complaint to the seller within two years from the date of delivery. The complaint must be filed promptly, but no later than two months from discovering the defect. To facilitate smooth resolution of subsequent claims, the consumer must retain purchase documentation (invoice, agreement, etc.) proving that the item was purchased from the O\u00dc Kuningam\u00e4e RTM online store. Without proof of purchase, the seller may refuse to process the claim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.2. Claims may be submitted for manufacturing and material defects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.3. The claim submission period takes effect from the date of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.4. Inspection\/expert evaluation is performed by O\u00dc Kuningam\u00e4e RTM or the manufacturer to ascertain the existence and root cause of the defect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.5. Independent expertise \u2013 additional paid expert evaluation performed by an independent expert at the customer's request if the customer is not satisfied with the results of the evaluation conducted by O\u00dc Kuningam\u00e4e RTM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.6. Claims will not be resolved in favor of the customer if O\u00dc Kuningam\u00e4e RTM proves that defects in the goods occurred through consumer fault or improper use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.7.
